Clinical Nurse Specialist





A Clinical Nurse Specialist is someone who is an expert in their field. They are a guru of diagnosing and treating specific illnesses in their specialty.  The majority of the nursing staff will look for the Clinical Nurse Specialist for answers if they don’t have one.  A Clinical Nurse Specialist will focus on their particular field a majority of the time, but they may also be researching, teaching, or consulting.
