Parish Nurse

A Parish Nurse has the same basic duties and responsibilities as most nurses, the only difference being that they mostly provide care for patients within their own religious community. Most Parish Nurses follow the same practices Holistic Nurses do, balancing body and mind health to achieve overall wellness. Faith plays a large part in this balance, which is why Parish Nursing focuses largely on matters of faith, working in different denominations.

Education Requirements: ASN, BSN, or RN Diploma
